Our basic process includes cutting, welding, polishing, assembly, painting and packaging. The raw material inspection is strictly controlled, and unqualified raw materials are prohibited to use. The material, size and mould are in line with the drawing to ensure the size in uniform. Each workpiece is polished according to the drawing and requirement. There is no raised residue, no sharp edge and angle. The finish of polished parts is smooth. Fasteners are fitted as required to ensure the fit of all parts for the product. Painting has no leakage paint or flow paint with less sand hole. We have a packaging area to keep the appearance of products and packaging materials clean and tidy. Quality control staff will do spot check during the whole production process. Only the qualified products can enter next process, which can ensure our customers receive high quality products. We have four automatic production lines, Prema large laser cutting machine, gantry CNC plasma cutting machine, CNC continuous bending machine, CNC shearing machine, large pressure machine, gantry horizontal shot blasting machine, gantry crane, forklifts and other machines and equipment. With the help of new equipment, our production has increased and the delivery time is ensured.
